- Frames & Doors 3/4-inch solid hardwood, five-piece door construction (top, bottom, center, left, and right) with a stable paint-grade MDF center panel that won't expand, contract, or crack the way a glued-panel door can.
- Drawer Boxes 5/8-inch solid maple, dovetailed at every corner, with a 1/4-inch plywood bottom.
- Hardware Blum soft-close hinges and slides on every door and drawer, heavy-duty rated.
- Finish Low-VOC, water-based finish — durable, without the lingering paint smell of a solvent-based finish, and easier to schedule around occupied units.
- Sink Cabinets Standard sink mats installed in every sink cabinet or vanity for peace of mind against condensation.
